Shipping costs from Redi Shade, Inc. will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated and approved in writing by Redi Shade, Inc.
It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products when they are received. Product damage must be reported to Redi Shade, Inc. within 7 business days of receipt of package to be eligible for damaged product credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all packing materials. If a package somehow arrives entirely damaged, please do not accept the package and call us immediately.
Online payments must be made with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® or Discover®. You agree to pay all product fees, and any other charges incurred in connection with your purchase, including any applicable taxes at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Important information about computer monitors: We make every effort to show accurate colors on our website but due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors presented on-screen with actual products. Please order free swatches to ensure color accuracy.
Important information about back lighting: Colors shown on our website may or may not be backlit. When a blind or shade is hung in your window, sunlight will backlight fabrics. Backlighting can highlight and change the appearance of fabric color, textures, and patterns. Some sun blocking fabrics are not affected by backlighting. You can examine the effect of backlighting by ordering free swatches and holding them up to your windows.
Redi Shade, Inc. sells and ships products only within the fifty states of the United States of America, or to Canadian provinces. Shipments can be made to addresses outside the United States or Canada; however all charges will be at the expense of the purchaser. Canadian and all other international customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes associated with their order.
Redi Shade, Inc. ships Standard UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous states. UPS estimated shipping days (not including order processing) for UPS Ground is:

Our Simple Fit customer cellular shades are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and to arrive at your home or office free of any manufacturing defects or flaws. Redi Shade, Inc. will repair or replace any merchandise that is defective or manufactured incorrectly. Your window treatment is custom made based on your specifications and all sales are final. When you follow our measuring instructions, we guarantee your product will fit. We also offer free color swatches, so you can see the exact material and color prior to placing your order. If you made a mistake in measuring or ordering, please contact our Customer Service department at 888-608-6611 within 7 days of delivery. Depending on the error you may return the product for size reduction for a fee, or we can have it remade for you at a discounted price. Shipping charges for size reduction or remakes are the responsibility of the customer. Remade shades will be held until the original Simple Fit shade has been returned.
Cancellations or Modifications
Cancellations or modifications to your order can be done only before your order has gone into production. Production generally begins within 6-24 hours of the time of your order. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call our Customer Service department. We will do our best to assist your needs, however, if your order has been put into production, we may not be able to adjust or cancel your order. Applicable charges may apply due to modification fees and price differences.
Upon receipt of your order, immediately open and inspect it thoroughly for any manufacturing error, defect, or shipping damage. If you find your product incorrect, damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only with prior authorization; you only pay return shipping. If we made a mistake or if your claim relates to shipping damage, we'll also refund you for the return shipping cost. You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and a shipping address to return the products. Returns must have an RGA number for a refund or exchange. Save your shipping carton(s). Redi Shade is not responsible for supplying shipping materials, cartons, etc. for warranty or non-warranty returns. Shipping charges for size reduction or remakes are the responsibility of the customer.
All refunds will be credited to the charge account used for your purchase within the next billing cycle.
Simple Fit custom cellular shades are covered by our manufacturer's warranty. Warranty information is included in all shipments as well as here.
After an order is placed via our website, we cannot allow changes to the products on the order. The only changes allowed are to the shipping address on the order. Should you wish to change your order, please contact our Customer Service department to cancel your entire order. After canceling, you may place a new order via our website with any necessary changes you'd like made.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. Upon cancellation you will receive an automated email alert for your records which summarizes your cancellation.
Please note: Changes or cancellations to your order can be done only before your order has been prepared for shipping. Shipping preparation generally begins within 6-24 hours of the time of your order. Shipping & Handling
We will begin processing your order within 6 - 24 hrs of receipt. Once your product is made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3 - 7 additional business days. Different types of window treatments are often made in different manufacturing facilities. For the fastest delivery, we ship each product to you as soon as it is ready. Most products are shipped via UPS. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.
In the rare event your shipment is delayed more than 14 days after the date of your order, Redi Shade, Inc. will attempt to notify you by email, using the email address you provided with your order. If you elect to cancel the order, Redi Shade, Inc. will issue a refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
Redi Shade, Inc. collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via our Online Store. We collect sales tax in the following states: CA, NC. Taxes are calculated in real-time at the point of checkout and in the "quick quote" feature when viewing your shopping cart.
